We are excited to share with you LakeCrest, our brand new, master planned lifestyle village for residents over 65. Positioned overlooking the beautiful and iconic Lake Taupo it offers premium residences with a range of architecturally designed living options.
Upon completion, LakeCrest will offer independent living through to 24-hour personalised care, should residents require additional support in later years. This continuum of care will enable residents to remain in the place they call home, regardless of life’s changes.
We welcomed our first residents into their new homes at the end of 2023. Stage 4 has now been completed, and we look forward to welcoming new residents to the Village as development continues.
LakeCrest is independent and New Zealand owned. This allows us to take a unique and specialist approach to the operating and design of the Village to best suit this special place and its people.

He is an owner and the Managing Director of both Aspiring and Arrowtown Lifestyle Villages, having overseen their development from inception.
